Information you provide.
When you submit a form, we collect your name, company, email, phone number, service of interest, request description and support priority where applicable. The request also records a reference, status and timestamps. When supplied by the sign-in service, an account identifier may be associated with the request.
Guided assistant and submission.
The guided assistant prepares a brief in your browser. It does not connect you to a live agent. Chat messages are not saved as requests unless you review the brief in a contact form and submit it. Closing the assistant clears its current conversation.
Why the information is used.
Your submitted details are used to review requirements, respond to an inquiry, manage support and maintain the request history. The form asks for your agreement to store these details and contact you about that request. Submission does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Storage and access.
Submitted requests are stored in the website database. The site's authorized owner can review and manage them in a restricted inbox. Website hosting and database providers process information as part of operating the service. Hosting and sign-in services may also process technical connection or authentication information under their own notices.
Fonts and external links.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to that provider to request the font files. Telephone, email and map links open the service or application you choose to use.
Tracking your request.
A private tracking key is issued when a request is saved. The database stores a hash of that key. Anyone holding both the request reference and its key may view the limited status information returned by the tracking feature. Do not share your key publicly.
Retention and privacy requests.
To ask about stored information, request a correction or request deletion, contact info@ultimateut.com. The team will review your request and confirm applicable retention needs, including any service or recordkeeping obligations. This website does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule.
Information to leave out.
Do not enter passwords, authentication codes, payment information or sensitive personal and business records in the chat or forms. Contact the team to agree a secure exchange method when needed.
